The Obligatory Inaugural Post
Hi everyone! I'm delighted to have been invited to join in the fun here—if for no other reason than it gives me a way to brag about something I'd normally feel kind of sheepish about: "I'm a bored housewife and you're not! Nyah-nyah!" That sort of thing. Sigh.

I took a peek at your blog. Your recipes look wonderful! Good tip on the bananas...I sometimes freeze the black ones but I usually do it in the skin, and then they're all nasty to deal with later. I like the ziploc bag idea.

I mean, I haven't even SEEN any of the movies that were up for oscars and you have a recipe to watch the oscars by?!?! 'Fess up, how many household staff do you have?!?
