Ahh, I'm still not sure I'd go out and buy fish (not a fish person either) though was thinking your recipe would work well with chicken too!! Yum!
And Trader Joe's!! Painful memories of their 2-buck-chuck wine! But what's america without the big shopping experience?!? Happy new year to you too!!! Kris
Why not salmon? It is the least fishy of the fish!
I have sort of given up on fish unless we can grill it outside, because I hate making the house smell like fish. Like you, I like fish fine but am never sure how to prepare it. Plus, I can never remember which fish are the most mercury-laden. It just seems like more trouble than it's worth. But I am often uninspired when it comes to cooking, so maybe I need a seafood cookbook or something.
I took one bite of salmon one time at a nice restaurant and passed out cold. Literally fell right out of the chair onto my head. 911 was called and I had to be rushed to the hospital in an ambulance on a backboard, while a restaurant full of diners stared at me and the scene. So now, no salmon.
