Ahhhh! I was looking at a little sled the other day, but then thought its hard to pull a sled over concrete! You really have a winter wonderland!!
Nile looks SOOOOO adorable and the boys with their matching ear flap hats! Do you think in 20 years it'll be like us looking back at our crazy childhood polyester orange and maroon 1970s clothes. Nile will be like, "You made me wear an ear flap hat?!" and he'll just look at his dad's ear flap hat and think he's got the most un-cool parents ever....

Further to Kris's comment, I read somewhere that something like 60% of teenagers consider their moms to be pretty cool, but only around 45% consider their dads cool. We win!
Those pictures are so cute, Melissa! I can't get over the fact that Nile's starting to look like a little BOY and not just a baby. And I am so incredibly jealous of your snow that I can't even talk about it. You have to post any Christmas shots you take, especially if you decorate your house. I'd really love to see it.
